

Fitness Classes
Our group fitness classes are fun, challenging, social distancing-friendly, and designed to give you results that you can feel and see. All classes will include general cardiovascular conditioning and full-body strength training. Class size is limited to 10 participants per class to ensure safety, proper form, and to give you individualized coaching.
COVID-19 NOTICE: Each participant will have their own stations and/or equipment. Sanitizing wipes, spray, and hand sanitizer will be provided before and after each class. Instructors and participants may choose to wear face masks. Please bring your own water bottles.
