At Launch, we are proud to utilize an approach called Postural Restoration®. LaunchSP is Maryland’s first Postural Restoration Certified center. This approach integrates multiple body systems by examining complementary fields: orthopedics, neurology, podiatry, dentistry, and optometry. These systems are all closely connected and are essential for ultimate performance.

- IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations)
- You will work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for your entire session.
- We will NEVER double-book appointments.
- We will be active listeners.
- We will give you our best, clinically and personally.
- You will have access to a network of providers in many disciplines. If you need additional expertise, we will refer you to someone with it.
- Launch Physical Therapy is a cash-based service. Members may claim treatment against their health insurance if out-of-network coverage is provided.
- Launch now offers a service called Reimbursify, which allows us to check your insurance coverage and submit claims on your behalf.

- Initial Evaluation $250
- 30-Minute Follow-up - $110
- 60-Minute Follow-up - $220
- Remote visits are available with the addition of a travel fee to be set based on distance.
