Dr. Liz is a physical therapist who specializes in sports medicine and seniors. When wearing the sports medicine hat, she helps athletes with injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, and techniques to enhance their personal sport performance. When wearing the physical therapist for seniors hat, she works to improve function, balance, overall wellbeing, manage medications / interactions, and advocate for her patients. She enjoys the story-telling from the athletes and the wisdom from the seniors. It makes for adventurous days to go from boardrooms to senior living communities to the gym with world class athletes.
