I was born and raised in Frederick, MD. I first understood the need for athletic preparation in middle school after making the basketball team. I followed a highly basic fitness program to prepare but put in maximal effort and made the team without even having played on a basketball team before. From then on I made sure to stay ready before and during each baseball and basketball season through college. Strength and conditioning during my athletic career gave me an advantage over my competition, developed my physical self, and provided a philosophical base for my professional career.
I graduated from the University of Maryland in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature. I have been a strength coach for a few years and in my short career have worked with athletes ranging from the youth to masters level. Each individual has specific needs to accomplish success and it is my aim to help them in these areas to improve their athletic profile.
I currently reside in Frederick, MD with my wife Danielle. In my free time I like to read, listen to music, cook, and watch sports. I am an assistant coach in the Frederick Hustlers youth baseball club.
